FVP sweeps APEX Video Awards
Fraser Video Productions swept the two video categories in the 2011 Lake Communicators APEX Awards. FVP took Gold, Silver & Bronze in the TV commercial category, with Valley Mitsubishi’s EVO commercial, produced by Brett Fraser winning top prize. In the Video Presentation category, FVP took home the only two awards giving.
Fraser Video and United Way of Lake County say “I Do”
Fraser Video Productions joined with the United Way of Lake County to produce this years annual meeting video. Using the theme “Live United. I Do. Do you?”, local volunteers, residents, teachers and students were taped replying “I Do.” when asked “Do You Live United?”.
Dick Fraser elected YMCA Board President
At the Lake County YMCA’s annual meeting at the end of March, Dick Fraser was elected president of Y’s board of directors to serve a two year term.

Fraser Video Productions Produces National TV Spots Featuring Christian Music Superstar Michael W. Smith
Painesville Township, Ohio. – February 24, 2003 – Local video production company Fraser Video Productions (FVP), recently completed the production of a series of 15 TV commercials, soon to being airing nationally, for “The Gospels Come to Life,” featuring Michael W. Smith – considered a superstar in the gospel music industry. “The Gospels Come to Life” is an eight CD set of the narration of the New Testament Gospels – Matthew, Mark, Luke and John – slated for release on April 1. Grammy and Dove award-winning Reuinion recording artist, Smith, who was selected for the project, has sold more than 8 million records, worldwide.
The 15 TV spots were edited at the FVP studio in Painesville Township by video editor Brett Fraser. Said FVP President Dick Fraser, “We are pleased to have been selected to produce The Gospels Come to Life commercials that feature the talent of Mr. Smith. For those who follow Christian music, Mr. Smith’s stature in the industry is well known. In addition to a 25-city national television promotion, according to a press release from the Gospels Come to Life, Ltd., other support for the CD set’s release include an Internet marketing campaign, advertising in select Christian publications, and a national radio marketing campaign targeted at select Christian music stations. “Gospels” founder Michael Ring, who produced the CDs, was previously a regional promotional manager for Sony Music and helped launch careers of megastars Celine Dion and the Dixie Chicks.
